I am proud to announce that Coastal Plains Trucking is implementing the Smith System professional driver training program. In addition to the Smith System, we welcome Oscar Salazar to the Coastal Plains Trucking Team. As Director of Training and Development, Oscar plays a vital role in implementing the Smith System and ensuring the Coastal Plains Trucking team is certified as soon as possible. He will be working with everyone to continue to develop our orientation and training programs.

As the company continues to grow, it is necessary to provide our professional drivers with support to ensure their success. Please help us welcome team members Adam Newcomer who serves as our Director of Operations–Specialty Services and Odette Granville who serves as Fleet Manager–Specialty Services.

All three new members of the Coastal Plains Trucking family have extensive experience in the industry and have held commercial driver’s licenses during their careers.
