As we look back at the first quarter of 2026, I want to recognize the strength, resilience, and professionalism of the entire Coastal Plains Trucking team. Despite continued uncertainty across both the trucking and oil markets, CPT maintains strong momentum and continues to perform at a high level. Our ability to adapt, stay disciplined, and keep delivering for our customers positions us well in a challenging environment.

One of the biggest headwinds this quarter has been the rapid rise in diesel prices. Even so, we have successfully navigated these market pressures by staying focused on what we do best - providing outstanding service, operating efficiently, and protecting the long-term stability of the markets we serve. This commitment gives our customers confidence and keeps CPT moving forward.

We are also excited about several key equipment investments that will strengthen our operations even further. This quarter, we expect delivery of our new optimized liquid oxygen trailers. These units will build on the payload advantages we have worked hard to create and further separate Coastal Plains from our peers through our ability to deliver more product to the market than anyone else in the space.

In our water division, new Freightliner tractors were delivered during the first quarter. These units represent another important step in our continued focus on optimization and efficiency. With this new equipment, we will be able to deliver more water to our customers at one time than ever before, helping us maximize productivity and provide even greater value.

Most importantly, none of this progress happens without our people. Thank you to every member of the CPT team for the effort, care, and pride you bring to your role each day. Time and again, we rise to every challenge our customers present and continue to exceed expectations. Our dedication to our team, our craft, and our customers is second to none in this industry - and it remains the greatest difference between Coastal Plains Trucking and our competition.

Reaching this milestone is a testament to the hard work, loyalty, and commitment of every employee who has helped build this company along the way.
