Coastal Plains Trucking’s drivers are highly trained and knowledgeable. Our drivers go through in-depth classroom and hands-on training that simulates real-world scenarios using actual equipment. We take time to train and develop our drivers and only release them to solo status once both a trainer and a supervisor approve.

Driver Requirements:

• Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsement
• At least 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer and fluid tanker experience required
• Must be proficient at driving a manual transmission
• No drug or alcohol charges in the last 3 years
• No felonies in the last 3 years
